What This Privacy Policy Covers

Children on our website will be protected in every possible way. Any inappropriate behavior to
them by any member will be dealt with swiftly and in an expedient manner. Any misconduct from other
members to these minors should be reported to 42IPA immediately. It is the parents' responsibility
to monitor their children's activity on 42IPA, not that of 42IPA. We do try to keep
this site appropriate for all ages but it is not guaranteed and thus you, the parent/guardian, are
responsible for your child.

Pictures, etc. Submitted to 42IPA, Username, "Stats", Tournament records

Pictures, information, notes, drawings, etc. submitted to 42IPA become the sole
property of 42IPA.

By registering for an account, you agree that 42IPA may display your username and
your 42 game "stat" information and your tournament records on the web or in publicity
campaigns or at live tourneys. By registering with 42IPA, you agree to allow 42IPA
to print, to publish, to broadcast and to use, worldwide, in any media and at any time,
your username, your "stats" and your tournament records, and the pictures, etc. that are
the property of 42IPA.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

42IPA does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or
nonaffiliated companies except under the following circumstances:

We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or to establish or exercise our
legal rights or defend against legal claims;

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your 42IPA account information at any time. (Currently, only the
full name, email address and password are editable). You must not make edit changes that
are incorrect; all the blanks must remain filled with correct current
information. Deleting any or all identifying information or providing incorrect information
gives 42IPA the right to suspend your account.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the 42IPA service,
such as service announcements, administrative messages and the 42IPA newsletters, which
are considered part of your 42IPA account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out
of receiving them.

You can delete your 42IPA account by email request to the site manager. Please understand
your information will remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted,
however it will remain protected under our privacy policy.

Parents can access their child's account for the purpose of updating their child's account information,
but not for the purpose of playing 42 games or participating in chat or IM activity. Parents can delete
their own or their children's accounts as stated above.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

42IPA may update this policy at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal
information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your 42IPA account or by placing
a prominent notice on our site (what we consider prominent). Your continued use of this site and/or not
asking to have your account deleted means that you accept the changes in policy.
