There must be a minimum of 10 teams (20 players).

A list of all players as well as final results must be provided to 42IPA within 3 days of the
tournament completion. Final results required vary depending on tournament size. We will provide
you with the sheets that need to be filled out by you and provided to us.

Provide us with a copy of your tournament rules (It is your tournament).

Provide us with a list of your prizes (listed for each prize place). If you are only giving
local prizes then people need to know this information. If you are only giving trophies then
they need to know there is no cash prize.

Provide us with a description of your tournament -- how it is played (example: Round robin of
5 games in am and double elimination in afternoon. Check in 8-8:30am. Play begins at 9am).

Provide us with cost, time, date of tournament, place and address, how many teams is it limited to.

Who is money paid to, by what date (or at door or both).
